At Glow Up Wigz, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene and health regulations, wigs and hair products are not eligible for return or exchange once they have been opened, worn, installed, brushed, styled, washed, cut, coloured, or tampered with in any way.
We only accept returns or exchanges if the item:
- Arrived damaged
- Is defective
- Is incorrect (you received the wrong item)
2. Return Request Timeframe
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your email must include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- A description of the issue
3. Conditions for Eligible Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:
- Be unused
- Be unworn
- Be in its original packaging
- Have all tags, lace, and seals still intact
- Show no signs of brushing, combing, styling, cutting, washing, colouring, or installation
Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Wigs that have been opened and worn
- Wigs with cut lace
- Wigs that have been styled, curled, straightened, washed, or dyed
- Clearance, sale, or promotional items
- Gift cards (if applicable)
5. Refunds (If Approved)
If your return is approved after inspection, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please note:
- Refunds are only issued for approved eligible returns
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
6. Exchanges (If Approved)
If your item qualifies for an exchange due to damage, defect, or receiving the wrong item, we will arrange a replacement where stock is available.
If the item is no longer available, we may offer:
- A store credit, or
- A refund (at our discretion)
7. Return Shipping
If a return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Glow Up Wigz will provide instructions for the return process.
Please do not send any item back without contacting us first.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
